Closed Loop Weekly ✨ Why we should all be setting S.M.A.R.T. goals in the new decade...
January 10, 2020
Hi fam,
As we all settle back into our overly and somehow still underly planned lives after the holidays I want to encourage you to take time for intention setting. Grab a pen, take 5 minutes, and consider how you want to show up this next year. How will you make a shift towards low impact living? This is the year for change and every effort counts, no matter how small. Maintain mindfulness, patience, and continued kindness in your practice. And tell your friends to stop buying packaged bananas already (and to sign up for Closed Loop Weekly!)

Ginger Tahini Roasted Squash + Broccoli Bowl
A new dish for your weekly plant-based rotation. Ginger and tahini fiends, this is for you. This squash and broccoli pairing are perfect for a cold winter day. Even better with fresh, homemade tahini, which is easy as heck and package / plastic free!

Keep it real, eat the peel.We love Madeleine Wisecup’s recent conversation on her podcast, The Wise Consumer, with Matt Weiss of RIND Snacks. Encouraging folx to eat their peels to reduce food waste, we can definitely get behind this. Low impact snack choices! (Next step, we talk to them about packaging :D )
