Hi fam,

I’m so appreciative of everyone who came out for our inaugural workshop class, Improv Kitchen. We sold out tickets and polished off the pasta beautifully. Thank you to Rachelle <3 at Rile Co. for partnering up with me to put on such an awesome event, Gnocchi Meets Whiskey. It was wonderful to hang out with folx who were ready to get their hands doughy and eat simple, delicious food. We laughed, we learned some food photography, we ate well. I can’t tell y’all enough how much it fills my cup to have an engaged community who meets me at the table. That’s why this work matters. Despite your political or social affiliations, we will always have food in common. Sharing a plate is an act of love, and in an uncertain time, it is a necessity. To roll dough with your neighbors is to connect and build community. We’re making our way to the east coast for our next event at the end of the month. If you’re in Baltimore proper, keep your eyes peeled! Excited to make our workshop series a recurring event and continue to meet y’all at the table.
