Hi friends,
I’m moving! Into a new studio space. An exciting transition into a looks-sort-of-professional context I’m more than ready to dive into. I’m building out a studio kitchen for video production, creating new plant-based recipes to share and capturing content for all the incredible food + bev brands in the space. Big shifts on the horizon and stepping into a future where sustainable eating is elevated in all the best ways.
Why focus on content? To normalize alternative eats. Making plant-based food so accessible and aspirational that we see a move towards climate positive kitchen practices as soon as possible. To build connections with a hungry audience and share resources that make vegan-esque enjoyment affordable and the natural inclination. I’m all about romanticizing my plant forward food and I can’t wait to share more as I dig in.
With this in mind, I’m choosing to find what’s going right in the world. Seeking out the changemakers, the innovators, the educators, and focusing on sharing new narratives. If you’ve found something noteworthy lately, reply back!
